What You’ll Do...

• Assist skilled installers with bath and shower system installations.
• Prepare tools, materials, and workspaces for efficient project execution.
• Perform measurements, cuts, and fittings under supervision.
• Safely remove and replace existing fixtures and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Skills and Requirements...

• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Experience Preferred: Background in property management, general labor, or handyman work is a plus.
• Team-Oriented: Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the team’s success.
• Eager to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade and develop new skills.
• Process-Driven: Ability to follow systems and procedures efficiently to deliver quality work.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to doing the job right.
• Reliable: Dependable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites.
