Overview:
Join our team as a Trade professional where you will play a vital role in overseeing various aspects of our operations. We are seeking a person familiar with basic carpentry, comfortable and safe when working with power tools and not afraid of heights. We are mostly a window and door company but do take on other projects from time to time. Scheduling is flexible and on a subcontractor basis, happy to explain in more details when we connect.

Willing to train an ambitious individual that communicates well. Pay will reflect skill, ability to anticipate and commitment to being prepared for work mentally, physically and emotionally when it is go time. We work hard but ultimately try to have fun, create an environment of respect, learning and try to do just 1% better every day.

Duties:
- Perform frame carpentry tasks to ensure structural integrity
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements
- Conduct trim carpentry for finishing touches
- Manage fixture installation according to specifications
- Apply caulking techniques for sealing purposes
- Expertise in door hanging and window installation procedures
- Proficient use of hand tools for various tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $180.00 - $300.00 per day

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Requirements

• Proven experience as carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Safe and workable understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good knowledge of English/ I try to speak some Spanish
• Good understanding of basic math
• Good physical condition and endurance
