The Role
You will be part of the Workplace Experience team, whose mandate is to create beautifully functional work environments that allow Auror’s to connect and collaborate easily, enabling them to better support our customers.
Based in Denver, the Workplace Experience Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting to create and maintain this environment for our people across various geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer, internal and external, whether in person or online, receives a first-class experience.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Facilities Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the offices, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and health and safety compliance.
Curating events: Plan, organize, and execute remote, in-person, and hybrid events, such as team-building activities, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings. Foster a sense of community and engagement within the organization.
Build to Scale: Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures globally as Auror scales.
Office Management: Assist with the following:
- Cost control and invoice processing
- Monitor and provide reporting on health and safety and environmental management requirements within our offices. This includes, but is not limited to, First Aid, Fire Safety, Accident Reporting & Investigation, Civil Emergencies, and Waste Management.
- Ad-hoc activities as required.
Onboarding: Assisting in creating a beautiful onboarding experience for our new Aurors and coordinating onboarding sessions.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Provide basic tech support and assistance to our people, including troubleshooting common issues with office technology and systems.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

With over a decade of dedicated experience in Workplace Experience and Facilities Management, my professional journey has been mainly within the tech industry.
A significant portion of our lives is spent within the workplace, and I am committed to crafting exceptional workplace experiences. My passion lies in creating environments that seamlessly facilitate connection and collaboration, ultimately enhancing our ability to serve customers effectively.
Outside of the office, I find joy in spending quality time with my loved ones, gaming, or getting wrapped up in some DIY projects.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, including facilities management and coordination of office reconfigurations and building works.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
- Energy and enthusiasm for supporting people and creating magic moments big and small
- Tech savvy and able to identify and resolve minor technical issues.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
