SPANG Career Collective, a recruiting agency, is working on behalf of our client, Aligned Healing, to find a part-time Wellness-Focused Dental Hygienist to join their team.
About Aligned Healing of Denver
Aligned Healing of Denver is currently seeking candidates for the role of Dental Hygienist. Aligned Healing specializes in providing airway-centric dental care, addressing Sleep Apnea, TMJ Pain, and related dental disorders. The practice integrates Clinical Hypnosis into treatments to address ailments at their source. Known for its state-of-the-art technology, personalized care, and a serene, comfortable environment, Aligned Healing is dedicated to improving patients' overall health and well-being.
About the Role
The Dental Hygienist at Aligned Healing of Denver will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care, working closely with patients to ensure their comfort and well-being. This individual must be passionate about holistic health, detail-oriented, and comfortable with advanced dental technology.
As the Dental Hygienist, you will:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and exams to assess oral health and detect any issues that require further treatment.
- Perform thorough dental assessments, including airway breathing tests, impressions, and advanced technology-based diagnostics.
- Perform extensive consultations to capture photos, impressions, and detailed data on each patient’s oral health.
- Support the practice in providing holistic dental care, with a focus on airway alignment, spacing, and jaw health.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to personalized and patient-centered care.
- Embrace software and technology advancements, continually learning and applying the latest industry updates to elevate your practice.
Additional Job Details
Schedule: Part-time (Monday & Thursday or Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), 15-20 hours per week.
Location: Denver, CO.
Environment: A beautiful, high-tech office offering a comfortable, aesthetic workspace.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise procedures.
- Reliability and a shared vision of patient-centered, holistic care.
- (Preferred) Laser certification or a willingness to obtain company sponsored laser certification.

Benefits
Compensation: $60-65 per hour
Flexible Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Medical & Dental Benefits: Part-time employees are eligible for prorated benefits based on their full-time equivalent (FTE) status, including:
