Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We’re using technology for good.

In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.

You will lead initiatives to maximize sales effectiveness, manage the end-to-end sales process, and enhance revenue performance.

  • Coaching on current deals including reviewing the pipeline and identifying opportunities to improve on current opportunities.
  • Optimizing our sales process and tactics including building scalable processes, improving our demo experience and perfecting our pitch and process at each stage.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to ensure we are utilizing tools to the best of our advantage (including Zoominfo, Salesforce and Hubspot). And ensuring that we are working hand in hand with our Growth function to fill up the front of the funnel.
  • Partnering with Customer Success and Retail Partnerships Teams to deliver an end-to-end, seamless experience for our future customers.
  • Play an active role in supporting the retail industry, and actively promoting and positioning Auror for success within our targeted industry sectors.
