Compensation: This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage

  • Base Annual Range: $56,500-$70,000

Location: On-site at GOLFTEC’s Headquarters in Englewood, CO

Position Summary:

GOLFTEC is looking for a responsible, self-motivated problem solver, willing to accept multiple challenges in a fast-paced, team atmosphere to join our Technical Support team at our headquarters in Englewood, CO.  This position is responsible for providing essential desktop, network, and multimedia support to HQ staff and learning center personnel and plays a key role in on-call emergency tech support, routine maintenance, system backups, and software upgrades.

It is a requirement that this role work on-site at GOLFTEC HQ 5 days a week during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and network support for GOLFTEC’s HQ staff
  • Be available for on-call emergency tech support during nights and weekends
  • Assist with hardware and software technical support for learning center personnel
  • Support multimedia technical needs for GOLFTEC students
  • Conduct routine PC and LAN maintenance
  • Execute system backups and recovery
  • Adhere to software installation procedures and carry out software upgrades
  • Diagnose and resolve PC hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Configure computers, build employee systems, and troubleshoot RMA returns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification in the area of hardware, software or networking
  • Knowledge of the following:
    • Windows 10 OS for PC and Servers in a network environment
    • MAC OS
    • iOS and Android for mobile support
  • Experience with LAN setup, configuration and security
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware and software
  • Familiarity with software installations and upgrades in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • WEB/HTML/MySQL/MSsql experience is preferred
