Test Engineer

Apex Informatics, a leading management consulting company, is seeking Testing Support Staffing professionals to join our team. As a Testing Support Staffing, you will play a vital role in providing staffing support for testing teams and ensuring the smooth execution of testing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the testing industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include developing and executing software tests and documenting results in order to ensure software runs smoothly and effectively. May involve troubleshooting issues and debugging software. May require a bachelor's degree and up to 2 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with testing teams to understand their staffing requirements.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for testing positions.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for testing roles.
• Maintain and update candidate and position data in the staffing database.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the staffing process.
• Work closely with the testing team to ensure staffing needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the testing industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate and position data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
