We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Microsoft M365 administration and will be responsible for providing IT support to our remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for remote employees, ensuring seamless access to company resources and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Implement and manage security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and other projects.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft M365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 services and administration tools.
- Experience providing IT support to remote employees.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive skills might include:
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience with other cloud services and platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
