Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Site Manager to oversee the operations of one of our travel centers. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining adherence to company policies and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the travel center, ensuring all activities align with company goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring all offerings are well-stocked.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive profitability and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to operational performance and staff management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in retail, convenience service, or travel center operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations as they apply to retail operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
