Shipping - Receiving - Inventory Associate

The Shipping/Recieving/Inventory Associate performs daily shipping requirements within the ERP system utilizing Fedex/UPS shipping software.  This is a non-exempt role and is eligible for overtime. Range is $23-$27

A Typical Day Will Include: 

• Review required shipments and coordinate with production to ensure on time shipment 

• Process shipments in ERP system 
• Receive materials and components in ERP system 
• Input and manage material and components: cycle count, adjust inventory counts, kitting materials, transaction/history research.  
• Other duties as assigned, not limited to electronic/mechanical assembly and operator level testing. 

Requirements

Musts: 

• Knowledge of inventory control systems 
• Experience with freight companies (FedEx/UPS) shipping software is preferred 
• Solid computer skills 
• Priority management 
• Must be a US Person in accordance with United States immigration laws to be considered for this position 

You’ll stand out if: 

• Freight management experience 
• Negotiation skills 
• Excel skills 
• In depth International shipping knowledge 
• Management of numerical data (i.e. counting, stock status) 
• Physical counting of materials or components 
• Cycle count input and management Education: HS diploma or GED
