Senior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE)

Auria is looking for a full-time Senior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO! This is a contingent position pending on contract award.

This position will provide support to the USSF Space Systems Command (SSC) Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) program which requires advanced persistent cyber-defenses against nation-state threats to operations and seeks to establish enterprise-wide situational awareness in the cyberspace domain. The support provided shall include the development of the cyber capabilities of the application suites, mission deployment activities, documentation and agile software deliveries, cloud development and deployment activities, material management within the confines of the Change Control Board (CCB), deployment of required hardware to mission systems, and continued support of the program office.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $155,000

Responsibilities

• Utilizes an in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity policies and procedures for government sector information systems and sufficient technical knowledge and experience to implement them.
• Provides hands on security and compliance guidance.
• Work with Scrum Masters and product owners to develop system requirements.
• Implement cloud computing.
• This position may require privileged access; DODM 8570.01M restrictions will apply

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance -
• IAT Level II (Level III preferred)
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (or Master's and 4 years of experience)
