In this role, you will help us choose the right tools and methods to meet needs across the business.

Data Management & Analysis:

Analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that can inform business decisions. Lead the development and maintenance of data models and related solutions, ensuring they support modern analytics-based capabilities. Take a hands-on approach to data exploration and cleaning, willing to dive deep into complex datasets to create reports, troubleshoot issues, validate findings, and optimize data accuracy.

Enablement & Empowerment:

Champion the deployment and adoption of self-service reporting and dashboard tools across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven insights. Provide training and support to ensure teams are empowered to use data effectively.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements. Mentor and oversee a team of dedicated contractors, ensuring their work aligns with company goals and is delivered on time.

Systems Oversight:

Oversee the usage of decision-support systems to ensure performance, efficiency, and quality. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our data infrastructure remains cutting-edge. Proactively monitor data quality, integrity, and accuracy to ensure the reliability of reports and analysis.
