Scaffold Builder Journeyman

Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder Journeyman to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder Journeyman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and maintenance of industrial projects. Responsibilities

• Build, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scaffold placement and design
• Erect scaffolds following industry safety standards and company policies
• Transport, set up, and secure scaffolding materials, ensuring stability and structural integrity
• Offload and distribute components, ensuring proper inventory and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety concerns

Requirements

• Construction industry experience is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience and be familiar with both cuplock and ringlock
• Extensive knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record
• Preference given to US Citizens
• This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
