Sales Support Associate

Prescott's, Inc, a leading medical device company specializing in the distribution and refurbishment of surgical microscopes, is looking for a motivated Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. Our commitment to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to healthcare professionals positions us as a trusted partner in improving patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the customer purchasing process. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Telephone support (Answering general phone calls to the sales department).
• Support all aspects of purchasing, including ordering, tracking, and receiving products.
• Accurately process purchase orders from customers and field representatives.
• Dispatching of sales orders for full microscope systems to the Production Techs.
• Digital transacting in NetSuite of all Sales related data, such as Harvest/Refurbish, Pick Tickets, Inventory Transfers and Item Fulfillment.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies between orders and received products.
• Participate in inventory audits, like sales invoice audits, and assist in implementing best practices in inventory management.
• Invoicing (As a backup)
• Quality Control (As a backup)

Requirements

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 0-1+ years of experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Proficiency in purchasing and inventory management software, like NetSuite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.

Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
