Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our PDR services through door-to-door sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Engage with potential customers at their homes or businesses to promote and sell our PDR services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our PDR services, including benefits, features, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads within the target market.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies and enhance our competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Compensation:
Commission based pay and paid weekly. Weekly incentives on top of the commissions. By keeping a steady schedule weekly your earning potential, based on your sales ability, would range between $95,000 and $175,000 per year or more. Our least performing sales rep is currently making $2700 per week on average.
We are looking to add just 2-3 more rockstar sales rep to the company. Message me 2-3 days with time windows that work for us to do a phone interview.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Quality cell phone to run apps in the field all day long.
- Proficient in the English language.
