This is an opportunity to join a growing team of Real Estate professionals focusing on flipping, wholesaling, re-development and rental acquisitions. Combined they've closed over 500 deals in the last 5 years and are now looking to expand their team.
Responsibilities:
- Find investors that are looking to purchase investment properties in the area.
- Set up meetings and find out buying criteria of the investors.
- Build relationships.
- Sell properties.
Pay: 100% Commission (uncapped) with some of the best splits in the industry! Potential to make $10k-$30k per Month in your first year.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience is required.
- No real estate license is needed but it is a plus.
- Local to the area.
It requires a lot of work and dedication to achieve financial success. You will be learning the ins and outs of different kinds of Real Estate Investments, as well as how to acquire and disposition them.
