Full Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will have a pivotal role in supervising client relationships and providing essential support to the wealth management team. Your duties will encompass overseeing client interactions, ensuring timely follow-through, and actively contributing to the formulation of personalized investment recommendations.
Main Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for handling client service queries and resolving issues.
- Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice in line with team philosophy.
- Create and maintain each client’s financial plan while handling investment-related paperwork, including applications and withdrawal requests.
- Stay informed on market conditions relevant to client objectives.
- Support the Operations Team under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Familiarity with Fidelity systems is a plus.
Requirements
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CIMA, or CFA are advantageous.
- Series 65, 7, and 66 certifications are preferred.
