About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Logistics Manager to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world’s largest companies. We are a culture-first organization, and work relentlessly to maintain the culture that we’ve built.
Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship with the shipper
- Working with the shipper to forecast future demand and communicating supply constraints to the shipper
- Negotiating/discussing solutions for supply constraints with the shipper
- Working with internal team to ensure supply meets demand
- Managing a team of logistics coordinators
- Communicate supply demand outlook
- Communicate lane priorities
- Communicate supply constraints and solutions
- Provide real-time coaching and direction
- Complete performance reviews
- Work with other regional managers to handle overall trucking supply
- Provide feedback to developer team on automating business processes
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Provide ideas on how to better improve automation
- Ability to understand cost vs value of development of features
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Demand Planning & Forecasting
- 2+ years experience in management required. Experience building teams from ground up preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Sales experience a bonus
- Data driven and analytical

Compensation: $100-120K
