Description:
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiography (x-ray) examinations on patients while adhering to radiation safety protocols. This includes preparing patients, administering contrast agents, and ensuring the technical quality of images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct radiography (x-ray) examinations on patients while strictly adhering to radiation safety protocols
- Thoroughly prepare patients for exams, including obtaining vital signs and explaining procedures
- Administer intravenous (IV) and contrast agents when necessary
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and select appropriate imaging techniques
- Maintain high technical image quality
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Radiology License
- Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS)
- Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)
- Ability to lift and maneuver patients with assistance to perform job functions effectively
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Licenses/Certifications: Radiology License, Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS), Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver patients with assistance to perform job functions effectively
