Full Job Description
Salida RV Resort is a beautiful, new, luxury RV park located right along the river and surrounded by some of the most beautiful views of the Collegiate Peaks mountains! We are looking for friendly and team-oriented PT Front Desk & PT Facilities candidates to join our team! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a team member of Salida RV Resort, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Facilities team members will be responsible for upkeeping maintenance of the grounds and facilities, maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, and performing routing inspections to ensure safety. Front Office team members will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting guests with various requests. Requirements
Front Desk
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- General computer skills
- Previous experience in reservation programs preferred, but not required
