about the provider + creator growth manager role

the provider + creator growth manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a healthy creator and provider network. they will develop strategic recruiting and onboarding strategies, launch education programs, setup a creator and provider affiliate program, create and establish standards, processes and reporting to drive growth and engagement for the creator and provider base for marketplace. this manager will lean into their creative problem solving and relationship building skills to ensure our network continues to evolve in support of soona’s strategic priorities.


this is a full-time hybrid position located in Denver or Minneapolis, that reports to the VP of Marketplace.

an ideal candidate will:

  • develop and execute recruiting and outreach strategies to scale our provider and creator network
  • create engaging onboarding and education programs that tie in business context, best practices, and key information to support their success and create an effective partnership
  • establish a provider & creator affiliate program 
  • create an incentive structure to develop a more engaged provider and creator base
  • set standards, map out a cadence and execute a communication strategy tailored to each audience
  • define, refine and improve processes setting a strong foundation for scale 
  • leverage data, review performance and feedback to share insights and recommendations about program gaps and opportunities
  • quickly grasp soona’s unique business, gaining a deep understanding of our goals, strategy, and priorities
  • lead a high performing team and collaborate across the company to achieve goals

Requirements

has experience in:

  • 3-4 years of experience in creator management, growth and/or partnership management roles in fast paced tech companies or similar environments; experience managing a team
  • experience cultivating and scaling an engaged community
  • communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and align internal and external interests
  • experience building, evolving and improving processes 
  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • analytical mindset, skilled at data input and reporting analysis
  • thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing startup environment

Benefits
