about the pro-services provider associate role:
the pro-services associate position is for a passionate, talented, and driven customer and business advocate who loves problem solving, working with a variety of stakeholders, is organized, has great attention to detail and communication skills, and an inherent ability to effectively prioritize.
a successful pro-services associate will take the lead on developing and managing provider communications, identifying provider gaps we need to fill, collaborating with creative and scheduling to execute test shoots, setting up provider processes, and executing projects that ensure soona can maintain and retain a healthy, growing, and talented provider network.
this is a full time position based out of Denver, Minneapolis, or Austin.

an ideal candidate can:
- Identify provider gaps we need to fill to acquire and retain customers
- develop and execute a sustainable, scalable recruiting and onboarding process for our freelance provider network across all our locations
- take the lead on diverse projects that help cultivate an engaged, informed, and committed provider community and create better results for soona
- create and source content for a community newsletter, manage the list and send process, and measure results to ensure we’re providing content that resonates
- Collaborate with creative and scheduling to execute test shoots
- create and share provider communication and issues reports, proactively anticipate solutions to common issues and initiate improvements
- facilitate a quality experience for all providers from application to shoots to payment processing and issue resolution
- ensure talent information is accurately captured and tracked across platforms
- develop and maintain cross team feedback loops that ensure the quality of the providers and that they have the skills and commitment to meet expectations
Requirements
has experience in:
- 3-4 years experience in producing, talent recruitment and retention, customer service or similar field
- developing content that educates, informs and engages; experience with newsletters preferred
- data analysis, report creation, and focused problem resolution
- developing, adapting, and scaling processes that make core business processes more efficient and effective
- working with freelancers / contractors
- excellent communication skills
- passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
- bias for action and results oriented mentality, combined with ability to work in a demanding but collegial environment where teamwork is a must
- ability to solve problems with creative ideas and innovation
