The Property Sales Acquisition requires the ideal candidate to have sales experience and ability to build meaningful relationships with property investors, landlords, and private lenders. A realtor license is a plus but not required.
Schedule: Onsite in the Denver branch, Full Time, Mon - Fri.
Pay: 100% fully commission base, uncapped ($10K -$30K per month)
Responsibilities:
- Find and build relationships with property investors, landlords, ect..
- Keep the client up to date on properties we have in our inventory
- Close the sale
