Full Job Description

What the role involves:

As an experienced Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-value properties for the Hoskinson Family Office, including corporate residences, specialized medical facilities, and agricultural properties. This role combines traditional property management with unique operational challenges, requiring both practical expertise and sophisticated project management capabilities.

  • Oversee maintenance, improvement, and operations of multiple corporate residences and specialized facilities
  • Travel in Northern Colorado / Wyoming I–25 corridor
  • Inventory of assets, tax filings, registration filings
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of specialized medical equipment
  • Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and insurance companies
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs across all properties
  • Create and maintain property management systems and documentation
  • Coordinate with Ranch and Farm operations to provide operational support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Manage property-related budgets and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with security team on property access and safety protocols
  • Oversee implementation of smart home and security technologies

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field?
  • 7+ years experience managing high-value properties
  • Strong project management and vendor relationship skills
  • Experience with property management systems and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex maintenance projects
  • Understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements
  • Track record of budget management and cost control
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining strategic perspective
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environment
  • Proactive approach to property maintenance and improvement

It’s preferred that you will also have experience with the following:

  • Experience with specialized medical facility management
  • Background in agricultural or ranch property maintenance
  • Knowledge of smart home and security technology integration
  • Familiarity with high-end residential property management
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of insurance and risk management

The base salary for this position has a range of $115 up to $130k per year at the commencement of employment. Any offer is determined by overall experience and performance during the interview process. This is only part of the total compensation package.
