Full Job Description

Davis Partnership Architects has an immediate, full-time, position for Project Team Coordinator.

Davis Partnership a dynamic and award winning multi-disciplinary professional design firm consisting of Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting and Wayfinding designers located in the River North (RiNo) district adjacent downtown Denver, Colorado.

A Project Team Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support for specific Project Teams, including Partners and Project Mangers.

·         FT- 40 hours/week, M-F

·         Hybrid- Works in the office 3 days a week covering the front desk- Answer phones, process mail/deliveries, handle vendors and reps- among other PTC duties listed below.  The other 2 days can be remote/work-from-home.

Requirements

Depending on the specific needs of the Project Team, duties are expected to include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing general administrative support to Project Team preparation of correspondence, meeting notes and agendas, coordination of meeting scheduling and participation, administrative support for RFP processes, setting up conference calls.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for Project Team members as needed.
  • Prepare AIA documents
  • Process incoming RFIs and submittals via email or CA software programs (Procore, Converge, Newforma, etc.)
  • Follow up with consultants on overdue items
  • Proofread various documents
  • Assist with Project Manual compilation
  • Update reports and spreadsheets as requested
  • Electronic filing
  • Attend OAC meetings as requested

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar administrative and clerical positions.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software.

·         Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently.

·         Excellent organization and management skills. 

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to effectively multitask, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

·         Ability to work efficiently and effectively in independent and group settings.

Compensation is provided on an hourly basis commensurate with experience ranging from $25.00 - $27.00 hourly.
