Full Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in both Healthcare and Commercial projects to join our client's team in Denver, CO; Greenwood Village, CO; and Fort Collins, CO.

- Monitor contract administration and manage major risk events
- Review, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and material contracts
- Identify and develop mitigation plans for all types of risk
- Implement effective strategies for pricing and distributing risks
- Make tough decisions in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and ensure appropriate role assignments
- Establish priorities and focus on organizational goal execution
- Confront personnel issues promptly
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Identify and proactively manage leadership development
- Manage false claims avoidance and deliver proposal presentations to potential clients
- Lead construction services ensuring timely delivery of quality projects within budget
- Participate in preconstruction efforts with project team members
- Lead effective pre-planning efforts and manage project budget and financials
- Establish key project milestones through effective schedule management
- Ensure implementation of company safety, risk management, and environmental programs
- Lead QA/QC program and focus on quality control
- Complete closeout efforts and manage disputes and claims
- Ensure a safe work environment and model safe work behaviors
- Mentor and train direct reports and participate in employee development
- Travel to jobsites, meetings, and client locations as needed
- Assist with department duties and team initiatives as required
- Participate in business associations and drive public awareness of the brand
- Maintain positive relationships with key clients, architects, and developers
- Bring in leads and new opportunities from existing clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty for future projects
- Actively participate in work acquisition processes like RFPs and RFQs
- Use safety equipment as prescribed and adhere to company alcohol and drug use policies
- Ensure in-person, predictable attendance at assigned locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
- Proficient in CMiC
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6
- OSHA 30 Certification is required
- WELL AP Certification
- LEED accreditation
The Project Manager/Estimator:
- oversees project delivery, including business development, estimating, and project management,
- requiring at least five (5) years of commercial construction experience.
The Project Manager:
- leads the construction team,
- ensuring successful project completion within time and budget constraints.
- coordinating efforts across preconstruction, estimating, construction, and closeout phases,
- with at least seven (7) years of commercial construction experience in various sectors.
The Senior Project Manager:
- provides leadership,
- overseeing project completion within time and budget limits.
- cost forecasting,
- managing change orders,
- and handling owner/subcontractor relations.
- This role requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience,
- including large-scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in various construction sectors.
