SciTec is seeking a Project Engineer / Control Account Manager for an agile software development program executed from our Boulder, CO office. The CAM is responsible for leading, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account.
Responsibilities
- Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include budget and work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, provide schedule status on tasking in IMS, and variance reporting
- Effectively manage control account performance, elevate concerns or issues to the Chief Engineer, Program Management, and other relevant CAMs
- Provide timely and accurate insight into key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager
- Identify and implement corrective actions thorough close monitoring control account execution
- Participate in Integrated baseline Review
- Provide leadership support ensuring overall success of the program
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with 6 years of professional experience
- 5+ years’ industry experience with time managing Government Technical Programs
- Previous CAM or lead experience
- Experience on EVMS program
- Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills
- Detail oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred
- Previous participation in an IBR
- Previous proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and/or negotiations experience
- Subcontractor management
- Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher

The pay range for this position is $128,000 - $169,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
