About the role
HOW YOU WILL HAVE IMPACT
We're seeking a self-starting, mission-driven Product Manager to join us in building products that make a difference. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into tangible features that enhance user experience and meet customer needs.
As an early member of the ForceMetrics team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our product development processes, make technical decisions and take ownership of key initiatives. We are actively seeking applicants that are fully remote.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business and engineering—to translate high-level product goals into actionable requirements.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, translating this information into actionable improvements for the product
- Create and define requirements and write user stories independently and collaboratively with customers and team members
- Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate the vision via wireframes, documents, and presentations
- Manage, track, and present status on projects to key stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the user within the scrum team, advocating for client and product requirements during development.
- Schedule and lead requirements review with engineers
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with the product management team to drive successful product launches, coordinating efforts across teams.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in creating user stories, managing a product backlog, and prioritizing features based on user needs.
- Comfort with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic team setting; experience in startups is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent execution skills, with a track record of leading projects from conception to launch in a collaborative environment.
- A passion to build products that make a difference in the lives of many.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist the team in multiple capacities.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; must be able to pass an FBI background check.
- Willing to undergo background checks in order to work with the highly sensitive data entrusted with us to positively impact the world.

- Salary range for this position is: $90K to $130K + DOE
