Physician - Gynecology Oncology - 9.8

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Doctor of Gynecologic Oncology to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of gynecologic cancers and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Doctor of Gynecologic Oncology will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating gynecologic cancer patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to research and educational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat patients with gynecologic cancers, such as ovarian, cervical, uterine, and vaginal cancers

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines

- Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including surgeons, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists to ensure comprehensive care

- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process

- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of innovative treatment protocols and therapies

- Educate patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about gynecologic cancer prevention, treatment, and supportive care

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and take part in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine

- Board certification in gynecologic oncology or eligibility for certification

- Active medical license and DEA registration

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current gynecologic oncology practices and therapies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

- Experience with clinical research and academic contributions is desirable
