Role Overview: Integrity Homes is a locally owned premier home builder that specializes in building custom homes in Grand Junction, Montrose, and other surrounding areas in Colorado. Our team specializes in building unique and high-quality homes for each customer to reflect their tastes, needs, and lifestyle. Beyond the customization and excellent craftsmanship of our homes, we prioritize transparent communication, timely project completion, and responsive after-sales support. Our team is seeking a driven and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, have a history of successful sales, and is able to work onsite in Grand Junction, CO.
General Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of marketing initiatives to build your network, attract new business, and secure sales opportunities. Marketing plans must be approved by Integrity Homes leadership.
- Understand customization opportunities for new construction homes and educate clients on personalization options. Relay preferences/decisions to our Manager and Estimator team for pricing and confirmation before presenting to clients.
- Familiarizing with the Integrity Homes product, branding, promotions, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance following Integrity Homes’ dress code & brand (This includes approved Integrity Homes logo shirts, black or navy bottoms, & black shoes).
Client Engagement
- Follow up on all leads and customer communication immediately to secure face-to-face appointments and next steps in the decision-making process.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their wants, needs, and budgetary requirements when purchasing a new construction home.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust throughout the entire home buying and construction process.
Team Participation
- Contribute to our team-oriented, high-performance culture. Seeking assistance and guidance within the team as necessary to comply with our 5-Star Performance Guarantee.
- Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings.
- Foster our dedication to being present and support the local community, specifically local vendors and contractors.
Sales Process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Guide and support customers through the stages of the sales process:
- Debriefing customers on the Integrity Homes process.
- Sourcing land and finance options.
- Designing homes and completing site plans.
- Preparing and presenting quotes, collecting deposits, and signing building contracts.
Role Requirements:
- Ability to work in-person 5 days a week (including weekends). Maintain adaptability to connect or respond to clients around their availability (evenings and holidays can be included).
- 2-5+ years of experience in real estate or new home sales is required.
- Demonstrated track record in successful business development, sales and customer relations.
- Commitment to excellence by displaying honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics.
- Has a resilient and positive attitude.
- An active Colorado real estate license is required.
What We Offer:
- This is a full-time position that offers an $18/hour wage plus 1% commission on all sales made. The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
