MRP Inspection Manager

Job Summary:

Elite Construction Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MRP Inspection Manager to oversee our storm inspection team. The MRP Inspection Manager will be responsible for managing and leading efforts to train inspection staff to accurately and consistently handle claim assignments through the MRP division. Because this role works in insurance, the candidate must have a clean background, a clean MVR record, and pass a drug screen.

Essential Functions

• Coordinates existing program rollouts in both CAT storm markets and existing Elite markets
• Ensure the company has good working relationships with program vendors
• Be an integral part of the execution of processes related to the department including the claim flow process
• Managing a team of inspectors
• Actively involved in pursuing sales of assigned claims via managed repair program
• Actively perform inspections as assigned through the MRP Manager and program as needed. Especially in markets where there are no inspectors on staff
• Be responsible for the development and management of training programs for Inspectors
• Manages processes and measures efficiency within the MRP Department
• Ensures department members' success by reviewing performances and developing improvements
• Identifying hiring and staffing needs
• Managing training agendas for new and continued education
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

•  Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred
• Proficient with technologies such as Gmail, Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, applications, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the exterior insurance restoration industry
• Minimum 1-year management experience
• Licensing and/or specific education including advanced insurance policy knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to travel required up to 70% of the time
• Reliable broadband internet and ability to work remotely at home with a minimum speed of 10 meg download, 1 meg upload, and ability to connect via Ethernet cord directly into router required.
