Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role within the Marketing Department and coordinate a multitude of marketing projects that enhance our brand visibility, drive customer success, and support the overall business objectives of the company. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, with a salary range of 75k-85k. This position is located and sits on site at our Durango HQ office.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate comprehensive project plans for marketing initiatives.
· Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, coordinate project activities, and use project management software (Asana) to track all projects.
· Organize project schedules and resources effectively, identifying and addressing any potential risks or obstacles to project success.
· Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, conveying project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
· Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, sales, engineering, training, and product strategy to coordinate projects effectively and efficiently.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
· Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics such as website traffic, social media data, email campaigns metrics, and conversion rates and make adjustments accordingly.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal meetings on the statuses of current and upcoming projects.
· Work closely with the tradeshow team including booth registration, logistics, timelines, signage, promotional items, shipping, travel arrangements, marketing materials, pre and post event marketing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
· Previous experience (5+ years) in marketing project management or related roles, preferably in the engineering or technology industry.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, designers, developers, and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in project management tools, marketing analytics platforms, and content management systems.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies and recommendations.
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required for trade show attendance.
