Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Castle Park (74 Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home community in Castle Rock, CO and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
Efficiently remove tree limbs and clear debris to keep the grounds safe and visually appealing
Perform routine grounds cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of roads, owner structures, and common areas throughout the mobile home park
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Excellent time management skills
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Must have a valid driver's license
A team player
Bonus Skills
Bilingual (Spanish)
Understanding of local building codes and regulations
Background in pool operations or maintenance is preferred
