Full Job Description

You in The Role and on The Team: In this role, you are a highly motivated Implementation Project Manager who is interested in joining our team.   You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our warehouse automation solutions delivery and support to customers. You have an extensive background in building customer relationships to successfully deploy technical solution through the project lifecycle. 

A Day in the Life at Prime Robotics

 

  • Manage customer relationships both existing and new. 
  • Create Project plans for the deployment of warehouse automation solutions,
  • Use project management methods to organize and make progress
  • Work with the team to manage risks such as technical, project, relationship and others that might impact the realization of the customer’s or Prime’s business case
  • Link delivery to strategy, balancing these perspectives and helping others do so as well
  • Understand business value of technology and be able to draft or update business cases
  • Apply technical project management including experience managing launch readiness and transition to support.
  • Identify, document and analyze value streams related to robotics as a service and automation implementation
  • Create use case, value stream, process and other diagrams to describe system interaction and behavior.
  • Assess business needs and technical requirements
  • Analyze options and make recommendations
  • Manage and /or perform user acceptance testing, verification and validation
  • Learn Prime’s robot control system and robot functionality becoming an expert in the use of our system over time
  • Understand the customer and business context and how to link implementation and support efforts to account for these
  • Experience providing support and coordinating support response on customer requests and issues.
  • Build trusted customer and internal relationships
  • Act as the voice of the customer in implementations and support
  • Perform functional support and partner with technical support and engineering for tier 2 support delivery
  • Use support management software

  • Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
  • There are physical demands in this job- you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when needed but will be based in Denver travel expected approximately 30% of the time.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with logistics, supply chain and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is a valuable asset.
  • Experience in automation, robotics, robot-process-automation (RPA)
  • Familiarity with support models, methods, and tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
  • Prior experience in implementation,

The Salary: $90,000-130,000
