Requirements:
As our chosen Groundskeeper, everyday you will complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing and electrical duties at the property. Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. Complete work orders within 24 hours and follow a preventative maintenance schedule. Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the manufactured community. Alpine Vista (123 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Loveland, CO and we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper!

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
Ability to clean and maintain grounds and common areas
Ability to ensure the community is well-kept and visually appealing
Capable of performing tasks outdoor in various weather conditions
Ability to spot and address safety hazards (e.g., fallen tree branches, uneven walkways)
Ability to be in confined spaces (e.g. may need to work underneath mobile homes as needed)
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast paced team-oriented environment
Ability to interact professionally with community residents and staff
