Receive it → organize it → store it → pack it → ship it → track it

We work primarily with sales and marketing teams at daring B2B companies to develop the most innovative and highly personalized campaigns, events, and activations to get noticed.

Role Responsibilities:
Receipt / QC of Incoming Product
- Skill level: Entry Level
- Est. hours per week: 10
- Receive, quality check, and allocate all incoming product for ongoing projects and campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to: wholesale items from a variety of vendors as well as all custom-branded items and print goods. Any errors, shortages, or damaged product needs to be communicated to the Accounts Team for correction ASAP. All incoming goods then need to be prepped for packing.
Supply Ordering / Stocking
- Skill level: Entry Level
- Est. hours per week: 5
- Order all aspects of packaging supplies: stock/custom boxes, stock tape, void fill, interior shipping protection, and all presentation materials. Then maintain all of these at a functional level for continued business operations.
Kit Layout / Packing
- Skill level: Mid-Level
- Est. hours per week: 10
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to envision and design an aesthetically pleasing, yet functional layout for each campaign. All kit items must be represented in an experiential/aesthetic manner, yet protected adequately for shipping and transit.
Shipping
- Skill level: Mid to High Level
- Est. hours per week: 10
- Includes: address correction & import, label creation, tracking & troubleshooting
- Addresses must be collected & formatted correctly before importing into our third-party software, after which any errors must be communicated to the Accounts Team for correction. Bulk shipping for kits must include applicable dimensions, reference numbers, and shipping speeds for both designated destinations as well as time-sensitive product.
General Availability for Problem Solving
- Skill level: Mid-Level
- Est. hours per week: 5
- Maintain a presence at the Warehouse HQ and have both availability and band-with to assist Creative and Accounts Teams with problem solving and accurate inventory availability. Included in this are rush dropoffs and pickups for custom goods in the Denver Metro Area.
Requirements
- Physical fitness
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 20lbs regularly and 50-75lbs semi-regularly
- Attention to detail with a creative flair
- High level of organization both physically and digitally
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain multiple projects
- Ability to both self-start and self-manage; own the outcome of your decisions
Benefits
- Approx. December 2, 2024 - February 3, 2025
- $24 - 28/hr commensurate with experience
- Full-Time position, but can scale back to Part-Time if absolutely needed to fit your schedule
- Company Holidays; Partial closure Christmas to New Years
