About the Role

Our client, a leadership training company based in Denver is seeking a diverse, high-energy speaker to create and present a 15-20 minute scripted video as part of their training materials. This engaging content will be used in the company's leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will bring charisma, humor, and strong leadership qualities to effectively connect with and inspire learners.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the company's content team to develop an engaging script
• Deliver the scripted content with high energy and charisma
• Incorporate appropriate humour and leadership insights into the presentation
• Participate in video production, including on-location filming in Denver

Requirements

• Proven experience as a public speaker or presenter, particularly in leadership topics
• Diverse background that brings a unique perspective to leadership content
• Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire audiences through video presentations
• Strong on-camera presence with high energy and charisma
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to deliver scripted content naturally
• Good sense of humor and ability to incorporate it effectively into professional content
