Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during the flight
• Deliver high-quality customer service to passengers
• Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding the flight
• Serve meals and refreshments to passengers
• Manage passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Perform safety demonstrations and make announcements throughout the flight

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English and a native language
• Good physical health and fitness for the demands of the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service
• Willingness to undergo training and certification programs
