Full Job Description
As a member of CoreSite’s information technology team, the Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the administration of key enterprise applications that support critical business operations. The position will facilitate the reliable performance and security of the applications while coordinating with various application vendor support teams to ensure timely resolution of support issues. The Enterprise Application Administrator will collaborate with the rest of the DevOps team to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of system changes as needed.
Duties:
- Install and upgrade enterprise applications as needed to support strategic projects
- Maintain systems by applying system updates and upgrades
- Coordinate with support vendors to ensure resolution of various types of support requests
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot application issues
- Track and manage internal support requests to ensure the timely resolution of issues
- Administer user access for key enterprise applications
- Develop and modify monitoring and alerting frameworks to support technology solutions
- Communicate with application user bases when issues arise
- Participate in regular audit and compliance activities to ensure the integrity of our systems
- Special projects as assigned
- Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and values
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days in downtown Denver office per week including Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person team collaboration
- Team and customer service orientation while working well as part of a group
- Pivot easily within a constantly changing Agile environment
- Self-starting, self-motivated, driven individual
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong ability to communicate with various teams at both the technical and business levels
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years experience administering a Microsoft Windows environment
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role
- 2+ years experience with application installation and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards, MuleSoft, and/or Salesforce preferred
- Certifications a plus (Microsoft, A+, Security+, AWS, etc.)

Compensation:
Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $$75,000 and 85,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
