Dispositions Associate- Real Estate Investment Sales

We are a leading real estate investment firm. We are seeking a highly motivated Dispositions Associate for our real estate investment sales team. As a Dispositions Associate, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our company by facilitating the sale of investment properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has a strong sales background.

Pay:

• 100% commission
• Uncapped commission
• Potential to make over $10K per month

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential buyers for investment properties
• Coordinate and participate in property showings and negotiations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and real estate professionals
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential buyers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful property sales
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
