Job Title: CRM Coordinator (Contract)

Role Summary:

In this role, you will manage and optimize Iontra's customer relationship management (CRM) system. The CRM Contractor will be responsible fostering relationships with existing and potential investors, providing them with accurate and timely information about investment opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as strong financial acumen. You will work closely with a CRM system to ensure it effectively supports investor activities. This is a part-time, short-term project based opportunity with some on-site work at our Centennial location.

Compensation Range: $25-$35/hr (compensation is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user administration, and data management
  • Use the CRM system effectively to drive customer engagement
  • Create and update CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer data and sales performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors
  • Communicate with investors to provide updates on the company's financial performance and investment opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with investors
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and investor preferences

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors
  • Experience with investor reporting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
