Contract DRP/MRP Estimator

• Intake DRP claims through XA and CORE and assist with initial contact as needed
• Answer calls, Teams Postings from field inspectors about specific DRP/MRP best practices
• Receive field inspection report, review documentation, accept as complete to begin estimate in Xm8

• Verify all required information including measurements are received in the file
• Write Xm8 estimate based on DRP/MRP requirements, submit for internal QA
• Peer review estimate based on Specific DRP/MRP requirements for internal QA
• Modify estimate for any DRP/MRP audit corrections and resubmit
• Receive approved estimate and move file to Verify Stage

• Call customer and review Insurance approved documentation and scope as needed
• Customer Consultations for color selections and pre-build discussion
• Adjust estimate as needed for change orders and resubmit as needed
• Train Field Inspectors Apple Best Practices and keep team updated with changes
• Train DRP/MRP Estimators and manage work load for outsourced labor during high volume

• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Engage in the company’s continued education and training
• Generate and manage all correspondence such as supplement estimates, contracts, and invoices for each assigned project- reviewing work for accuracy.
• Manage a busy, but flexible schedule
• Eligible for referral fee commission for direct referral sales

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma
• Insurance Restoration Industry Experience - Ideal but not required

• Xactimate experience
• 1+ year of inside or outside phone sales or customer service experience
