Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
  • Manage and allocate project resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project design and specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, financial status, and any variances to upper management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively lead diverse groups.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
