Full Job Description

Auria is looking to hire a Configuration Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location is in Colorado Springs, CO.
In this position, you will Manage the C2BMC Technical baseline under all program requirements under the program configuration and data management plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for all software builds and releases, administering Program Review Boards, maintaining the program hardcopy library, performing COTS administration, and supporting baseline verification activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.

  • An active Secret clearance is required to start.
  • 5 years with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 9 years experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Configuration/data management requirements/procedures.
  • Ability to perform the following tasks:
    • Analyze proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall product and system.
    • Coordinate modification records for management control.
    • Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
    • Prepare reports of the effect of change on the overall product.
    • Review and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
    • Ensure customer requirements are implemented and review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with DoD Programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and communicate technically oriented material utilizing the various electronic tools relevant to the role.
  • Strong social skills and ability to build solid relationships with team members.

Salary Range: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($99,000 - $110,000).
