Full Job Description

Auria is looking to hire a Computer Operations Support Analyst to join our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.  This position will be based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. The position requires rotating 24x7 shift work at a steady state but not initially (to be determined by mission requirements). Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required when the time comes.

 

The selected candidate will be part of a team that reports to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) and performs daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Advanced degree and 0-1+ year experience or Bachelor's degree and 0-3+ years experience.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (Security + CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security).
  • Experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments, system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco and Juniper).
  • Sound background and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components using bash/pearl scripting or Ansible.
  • Previous experience in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with DISA and MDA network connectivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems.
  • Ability to solve problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity.
  • Prior exposure to Agile framework and various levels of the development lifecycle (Engineering, Development, Test, Installation, and Deployment).

Salary Range:The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($67,000 - $75,000).
