We help patients, particularly those suffering from conditions such as diabetes and peripheral vascular disease, navigate their treatment journeys, working closely with their primary care providers to optimize health outcomes. We are seeking a Client Care Representative who will play a pivotal role in our mission to help clients heal and regain their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients by managing inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification to facilitate client transactions.
- Provide information about clinic services, treatment options, and therapeutic modalities offered.
- Collect and process client payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a client care or administrative role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients, with a strong focus on customer service.
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time (Optional)
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (Pay level dependent on candidate's relevant experience/training and work performance.)
Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
