Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Position Summary:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will define the systems and technologies required for efficient collection, organization, and access of company information. Working as the bridge between Information Technology and Business Operations, the BI Analyst will design and implement data solutions that support the organization's business objectives including the implementation of a new ERP system and delivering business insights using modern reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, data modeling, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions that will unlock insights from the most comprehensive data set in the golf industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions that meet the organization's needs.
• Optimize reporting efficiency and availability through efficient use of database indexing strategies and query optimization techniques.
• Develop data models, schemas, and structures to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Implement database triggers and stored procedures to automate data processing tasks, enforce business rules, and maintain data integrity.
• Develop and maintain database APIs to enable seamless data access and integration with applications, systems, and external data sources.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ of experience in business intelligence and/or data science.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data integration technologies and techniques, such as ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in database programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL) and experience with database APIs, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and modern reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
