We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Product and Design team. You will be a core contributor to our product development cycle, and you will use data to continually improve our user experience and product-market fit. - Analyze
- Build charts dashboards, and leverage data to identify issues or measure the impact of your initiatives
- Understand the underlying problem to be solved when gathering requirements.
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations and clarify to them when things are already covered by another initiative, or if what's being requested does not align with the strategy.
- Prioritize
- Own and positively impact your assigned metric(s)
- Manage a backlog for the Technology team accordingly
- Manage the priority the of items in the scope of your squad that will be assigned to the next release
- Collaborate
- Work alongside the design team to gather insights from our users
- Refine and break down your user stories with the Technology team
- Connect with vendors and 3rd parties to clarify integration requirements
- Sign off on implemented features
- Communicate
- Write detailed user stories to enable asynchronous work
- Keep track of items while in development cycle and follow up if help is needed to
- Present monthly on what you've launched and what you're doing next to impact your metric
Requirements
- You are fluent in English and have good communication skills.
- You have deep understanding on one of these three areas: Data, User Experience Design or Web Development.
- You are resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
- You are curious, especially about what drives people to behave in a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process.
- You have the ability to articulate the "why" behind your product decisions clearly and leverage data to get buy in from other stakeholders.
- You have shipped products to users and comprehend what makes a good product.
- You have start-up experience; we are looking for people who can wear many hats, and understand the whole product and how its pieces interact.
- You have experience with the tools of our stack, like Amplitude, Segment, Iterable, etc.
- You are inquisitive and a critical thinker.
- You're always trying new apps, you probably have a lot of them in your phone and can distinguish what a good user experience is.
- You have an understanding of how to optimize event tracking: what should be tracked, how it should be structured, and the taxonomies that should be applied.

The range in Colorado for this position is $75,000 - $97,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
