Apex Informatics, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a talented Workday Integration with Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Integration with Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various payroll systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Workday and payroll processes to make a meaningful impact on our clients' HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and payroll systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into integration design specifications
- Configure and maintain integration middleware to ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration issues and provide timely resolution
- Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot integration failures
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and industry trends in Workday integration and payroll processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday integration development, specifically with payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools
- Experience with payroll systems integration, including data mapping, transformation, and validation
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Workday Integration Certification is a plus
