Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)

As an OBGYN or IVF Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to women and couples seeking infertility treatment. You will work closely with the fertility specialist and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver individualized care plans. Our ideal candidate will have experience in OBGYN or fertility nursing, comprehensive understanding of infertility treatment protocols, and strong communication skills to provide emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' reproductive health and medical history
• Perform gynecological examinations, including ultrasound monitoring
• Administer fertility medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
• Educate patients on fertility treatment options, procedures, and medication management
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, fertility specialist, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their partners
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Stay current with advancements in infertility treatments and participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in OBGYN or women's health
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in OBGYN or fertility nursing
• Advanced knowledge of infertility treatment protocols and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology tools
